If he politicizes BLS, which was established in 1884 by Congress as an independent body under the supervision of the Department of Labor, companies and consumers will no longer be able to rely on its output which helps in planning economic activity and, as happened when President Maduro politicized everything in his effort to stay in power, actions like this can tank a nation\u2019s economy.
